Nominees Child Form

Modules>Committee > Management > List Committee

The nominees child form is located under the Nominations tab on the Committee Profile and displays a list of all nominees for the committee.

Nominees can be added from this child form.

Nominees Child Form Information

The nominees child form displays a listing of all individuals who are currently nominated for the committee. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column	Description
Nominee	This is the name of the individual who has been nominated for the committee.
Position	This is the position within the committee to which the individual has been nominated.
Status	This is the current status for the nominee.
Status Change Date	This is the date the nominee's status was updated.
Nominated By	This is the individual who made the nomination.
Nomination Date	This is the date the nomination to the committee was made.

The following icons are available next to each record on the nominees child form:

Edit - Clicking the Edit icon will open the Edit - Committee Nominations pop-up window where changes can be made to the nominee's record.
Delete - Clicking the Delete icon will open a confirmation window confirming that you wish to delete this nominee from the committee.
GoTo - Clicking the GoTo icon will take you the Committee Nominations Profile page for this individual.

Note: You can also add a nominee to a committee by clicking the Add icon found on the nominees child form.
